Charles Troy - The Making of West Side Story

Charles Troy is a musical theater historian and former lyricist who has created more than 50 multimedia presentations on musical theater subjects. His show, "The Creation of West Side Story," is a highly entertaining and brilliantly-crafted presentation. It combines original graphics, audio tracks, video clips, live performances, and a scripted narrative to tell the story of how the Broadway play "West Side Story" went from an idea to the drawing board to the stage.

This is an MCJC "Let's Have Fun Together" event on Sunday, October 23, 2022, at 1:30 pm at McHenry County Jewish Congregation.

A dessert & snack social will take place immediately following the show.

A freewill offering opportunity in support of MCJC will be taken during the social.

Tickets are $10. For more information, contact Bruce Weiss by phone at 815-338-2721 or by email at woodstockbruce@hotmail.com..
