Religious School

Our students continue to enjoy practicing their Hebrew and learning all about Judaism. Our younger group is learning the stories behind many of our holidays, along with creating holiday art. Also, they listen to stories about how Jewish immigrants made their way to America. Our older group continues to work on learning prayers. All grade levels really enjoyed a morning with Rabbi Donni learning all about “Hatikvah.”  In December we celebrated Chanukah.  We lit the candles, sang, decorated cookies, played dreidel, and made snow globes. Then we had a delicious latke lunch provided by our maintenance men.

Fun was had by all.
